BMF Collective works with early-stage startups that treat hiring as a growth mechanism — not a chore to outsource, but a foundation to get right. We work with a small number of companies at a time, by referral and reputation, because quality matters more to us than volume.

What We Do
- Embedded recruiting leadership. We step in as recruiting partners in Head-of-Talent-type roles, setting up the systems, processes, and tools a company needs to hire well.
- Execution, not just advice. Once the foundation is set, we work inside it as recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators — we own the recruiting function rather than handing over a plan and leaving.
- People ops and admin support. A growing part of our work extends beyond recruiting into the people operations and administrative support early-stage teams need as they scale.
Working with us feels different from a typical agency: the founder's involvement stays high-leverage and high-impact, instead of getting buried in volume-driven recruiting.
Products
We don't just advise other companies — we build products of our own. Pickem Central is a pick'em platform for sports fans that we develop and run.
